How do I return my order? – mahabis

You have 30 days from receiving your mahabis, and 14 days from receiving your 8000kicks trainers to return your products for a refund or exchange.

We ask that you retain your proof of postage until your return has been processed by the team, and you have received an email that confirms this has been completed.

You will need your postcode order number to be able to start your return (you’ll find your order number in your order confirmation email, or on the packing slip you receive with your order).

Visit our returns portal to start the return
Enter your order number and postcode
Select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange
Choose how you'd like to send them (printerless options are available for some countries)
Package up your mahabis and send them back
Once we receive them, we will process your refund or replacement
