Our returns policy
Within 30 days of receiving your mahabis, simply send back the item(s) you wish to return and we will replace them or refund the amount you paid. We provide pre-paid returns labels for returns unless a premium returns service is chosen. Your return must be sent back to the address outlined in the returns process.
Refunds should take no longer than 7-10 days following receipt of your order. Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
Your return needs to be sent in an unused, box-fresh condition. Please include the dispatch note (order paperwork) in your return so we know it's yours.
If you reject your delivery and it is returned to us, the cost of the returned items will be refunded, but any shipping costs will not be refunded. We cannot refund the price of any gift card, gift wrapping, or gift box added to your order.
If you return your whole order, we will refund the price you paid for the items within your order. If you return part of your order, we will refund the price you paid for the returned items only. Express or other paid-for-shipping costs won't be refunded.
What if my mahabis were a gift?
If you have the order number and the postcode/zip code the mahabis were delivered to, you can do the return or exchange yourself here.
The order number is the 13 digit number found on the packing slip. If you can't get this information, then please contact us here and we will track down your order for you.
When will I receive my replacement/refund?
Our team checks your slippers when they arrive back to us, then either processes your refund back to the original payment method, or ships you your replacement order. As this is a manual process, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process the refund and for the funds to be available in your account.
If you are exchanging your mahabis, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email when your replacement has been dispatched. This will contain the tracking information as well.
How do I find my order number?
The order number is the number found on the packing slip and the order confirmation email.

We're unable to accept returns for orders not placed on mahabis.com.
Please reach out to the retailer you bought your mahabis from.
Returning part of a bundle offer
For a full refund for a bundle offer (eg. buy 2, save 20%) you must return both pairs in original condition.
If you wish to return one pair, you'll receive a partial refund based on the offer amount.
