Mahabis 'send as a gift' (UK only)

Have you ever wanted to make sure a gift was perfect before sending it? This is now possible with the mahabis 'send as a gift' option.

When sending a gift to a loved one, you can select the style (classic, curve or breathe), colour, and size you would like them to receive, and the recipient will be able to confirm the selection or change to another colour or size (note: the style cannot be changed once selected).

Once the 'send as a gift' option is selected, you will be able to enter the recipient's full name, email address, and your gift message to them.

The recipient will receive an email asking them to either confirm the gift you have chosen or choose another colour/size that they would prefer (the recipient cannot choose a product that has a higher retail price). The recipient will have 48 hours to decide, after this point the original product will be shipped out if no change has been made.

If the recipient does change from the original choice, this will be changed in the system and you will receive the new order details within the shipping confirmation.

Payment for the gift is taken at the point of checkout, if you or your recipient decide you do not wish to proceed with the order, please contact customer services at support@mahabis.com before the 48-hour window has ended to cancel your order. If the recipient accepts the choice or changes the product this will release the order and cancellation is not an option at this point.

The normal returns period will apply to gift purchases, the recipient would have 30 days from the point of delivery to return their mahabis for an exchange or refund. Any refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
