Returns are available for your 8000kicks trainers within 14 days of purchase. After you receive your 8000kicks, you can return them via the returns portal here. You will need your order number and shipping postcode to return the product.

You can return your 8000kicks purchase for a full refund within 14 days of receiving them, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days of posting your return.

Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
Express or other paid-for-shipping costs won't be refunded.

• Returning for an exchange product
