How does the loyalty program work?
When you join mahabis rewards, you will receive points for placing orders, telling us your birthday, subscribing to our newsletter and more. These points can then be converted into discount codes for future purchases. If you return an item, you won’t receive points for it.
How long will it take to receive my points after ordering?
It takes 30 days. For other actions, like subscribing to our newsletter, you’ll get the points instantly.
Can I stack up my points?
Yes! You can stack your points up until you receive a 25% off discount code, which is the most you can use in one order.
How do I redeem my mahabis rewards points?
You can redeem your mahabis rewards points by logging into your mahabis account.
Once you're in your mahabis account, you can view your rewards in the 'your rewards' section of your account. Once you are in your rewards account, you will see a section called 'rewards'.
Each reward will be greyed out until you have enough rewards points to redeem the discount code. Once you have enough points, you will be able to create the discount code for money off your next order.
If you have any issues redeeming your mahabis rewards points, contact the customer service team here and they'll help you as soon as possible.
