We send your order confirmation email to the email address that you provide in the checkout right as your purchase is completed. If you can't see this in your inbox, please check your spam/ junk folders too, just in case! You can also search the following string in your inbox: "your mahabis order confirmation" to track down the message.
This email will contain all of the information that you provided in the checkout (contact details, shipping & billing address, payment information & product(s) purchased, etc) and your order ID will be included in the email title.
If you have placed an order and haven't received your order confirmation email, please drop us a message and we'll resend the email to you.
