How long until I get my custom slippers?

Customised Products take approximately 3 weeks to be made in our Portugal workshop. As soon as your bespoke pair is ready, it will be dispatched straight to your doorstep via UPS express air courier service.

Can I cancel/modify my custom slipper order?

Cancelling or modifying an order before receiving the slipper(s) is not possible as we begin processing from the moment you complete checkout.

What is the return policy for custom slippers?

Customised slippers are not eligible for a return or a refund due to the bespoke nature of the product.

Are there more custom options than currently listed?

Customised slippers can only be created in the colours, embroideries and styles that are currently listed on the Custom section of our website. If you have any ideas that you want us to include in the future, please contact our support team at and they'll be more than happy to pass it on internally for consideration.

Can I order custom slippers outside of the UK?

Unfortunately, our customised slippers are only available for UK customers at the moment. We hope to be able to offer this service worldwide soon!
