How do I return my order?

You have 30 days from receiving your mahabis to return your products for a refund or exchange.

You will need your order number to be able to start your return (you’ll find your order number in your order confirmation email, or on the packing slip you receive with your order).

1. Visit our returns portal to start the return

2. Enter your order number and postcode

3. Select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange

4. Choose how you'd like to send them (printerless options are available for some countries)

5. Package up your mahabis and send them back. Once we receive them, we will process your refund or replacement

If you were given your mahabis as a gift, no problem! Just pop our team a message here and we'll track down the order number for you. Don't worry, we won't let the original purchaser know!

If something is broken, defective or missing from your order, please contact our support team here instead. We'll be able to resolve the problem much quicker!
