What is the returns policy?

It is free for you to exchange your items with us.


If you would like to return your items for a refund, we will deduct the cost of shipping the return from your refund. Click here for more information.


To start your return, please have your postcode and order number handy (you’ll find your order number in your order confirmation email).

  • What if my mahabis were a gift?


If you have the order number and the postcode/ zip code the mahabis were delivered to, you can do the return or exchange yourself here


The order number is the 13-digit number found on the packing slip. If you can't get this information, please contact us here and we will track down your order for you. 


 


  • When will I receive my replacement/ refund?


Our team checks your slippers when they arrive back to us, then either processes your refund back to the original payment method or ships you your replacement order. As this is a manual process, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process the refund and for the funds to be available in your account.


If you are exchanging your mahabis, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email when your replacement has been dispatched. This will contain the tracking information as well.


 


  • How do I find my order number?


The order number is the number found on the packing slip and the order confirmation email.

  • Slippers not bought from mahabis.com


We're unable to accept returns for orders not placed on mahabis.com.


Please reach out to the retailer you bought your mahabis from. 


 


  • Returning part of a bundle offer


For a full refund for a bundle offer (eg. buy 2, save 20%) you must return both pairs in original condition.


If you wish to return one pair, you'll receive a partial refund based on the offer amount.
