I have a problem with my returns label

Modified on Fri, 3 May at 12:07 PM

If you have already generated your returns label, you can re-download it and view your details within the email we will send confirming the return.

If you have not received an email with the details of your return, please check your spam/junk as it may have landed in there!

If you want to amend your delivery option or need a brand new label, you can create a new label if your current label has not been taken to the post office yet. Just re-enter your order number and postcode in the portal, and follow the same process as before.

There is the option for both printer-required labels and printerless QR codes for returns. If you do not have a printer, you can take the QR code to your nearest drop-off point, the attendant will scan the QR code and print the label for you.
